Leadership Styles 

There are many different leadership styles and the organisation that you work for, or consult for, may have a set of values and behaviours already established. If not, you may want to work on a Leadership Framework before you deliver Leadership training. This will ensure that you are developing people towards a single-point of culture. Once you have established the framework it is time to do the exiting part – developing people.

By the end of this comprehensive workshop delegates will achieve the following learning goals:  

  • Be knowledgeable about when to manage and when to lead
  • Be familiar with different leadership styles, models and frameworks
  • Be able to assess their Leadership Strengths and know how to leverage them
