Appraising performance

It offers a guide to the rating scale – from ‘exceptional performance’; ‘above average’; ‘average’; ‘below average’ through to ‘unsatisfactory performance’ and includes:

  • Employee’s and employer’s plan for next appraisal period
  • Agreed duties, goals and development plan for next appraisal period
  • Space for comments and signatures
