This simple checklist shows how to get the best out of your time and it includes:

  • Celebrating wins and successes at the start – feelgood moments, positive
  • Review previous week, identify opportunities/challenges
  • Main topic (the ‘rock’) to focus on for this week
  • Capture any other matters
  • Confirm next meeting, actions by then and close with a ‘WIFLE’
