6 keys to a winning team

We firmly believe in the idea that TEAM stands for ‘Together Everyone Achieves More’.  It’s not just a cliché, it’s true.

We can do much more collaboratively than we can individually and it’s important we pull together in the right direction, so this resource includes:

  • Strong leadership of the team
  • Sharing a clear common goal that all can work towards
  • Understanding the business’s ‘rules of the game’ (or points of culture) so everyone is clear on what you can and can’t do
  • Having a clear action plan for the business (and supporting risk taking by devolving decision making to the right level)
  • Making sure everyone is involved and included
