When you begin working with a coaching client it is much easier to position them and manage their expectations up front.  Far easier then to bring them back to what you agreed than to try and position this later.

This resource is a simple document that can be used with each new client.  It can be customised to suit your specific requirements and includes:

  • What they can expect from you – including open and honest communication
  • Your commitment to professionalism and helping them build their business
  • Your standards for returning calls and email correspondence from them
  • Confirmation of your request for feedback from them to ensure the ongoing effectiveness of the programme
  • Your commitment to ongoing continuous improvement and raising of standards.

You commit, sign and send it to your client.
