Commitment statement – What I can expect from you, the client

When you begin working with a coaching client it is much easier to position them and manage their expectations up front.  Far easier then to bring them back to what they agreed than to try and position this later.

This resource is a simple document that can be used with each new client. It can be customised to suit your specific requirements and includes.

  • The anticipated length of your agreement/commitment
  • What you will expect from them – open and honest communication
  • Timings and commitment to the programme
  • Required notice of changes to standard or defaulted appointment times and how it works
  • They commit, sign and return it to you
