Helping you spot the opportunities for marketing within your client base

Do all of your clients know about all of the services and/or products that you offer?  The chance is that as you’ve added to your resources you may have missed letting people know what you do.

This is a valuable exercise in identifying potential sales or at least areas where you can inform and educate your clients on what you are able to do for them.

  • List out all the products and services you are able to offer
  • On the other axis, list all your clients
  • Then complete the spreadsheet to show who knows about which products and services
  • Then enter details of who has bought which products and services
  • This gives you a clear idea of your marketing opportunities – either client by client or even identifying a marketing campaign about a particular offering
